- Otras modificaciones estatutarias: ARTICULO 7.- Fuera de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, la transmisión voluntaria "inter vivos" de participaciones sociales se ajustará al artículo 107 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2010 de 2 de Julio por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, teniendo en ARTICULO 6.- Será libre la transmisión voluntaria de participaciones por actos "inter vivos" entre socios, así como la realizada en favor del cónyuge, ascendiente o descendiente del socio, por cualquier título, incluidos los pactos sucesorios, o en favor de sociedades pertenecientes al mismo grupo
